Keystone: Ski In Ski Out Condos & Rentals

There are two neighborhoods in the Keystone Ski Area: River Run Village and the Mountain House. You can access all three ski mountains from either location while staying at some of the best lodging Keystone offers, from Seymour Lodging. We have a variety of condos for rent in River Run, as well as condos and more spacious vacation homes, in the Mountain House base area, some of which are Keystone ski in ski out properties.

I. River Run Village (all new buildings with lots of activities on site).

Keystone's premier neighborhood located near the new River Run gondola. This $900 million village consists of a dozen separate lodges centered around the main River Run plaza, which consists of shops, restaurants, night spots, internet cafes, day care facilities, playgrounds, ski schools, and other activities throughout the village. All the lodges are within a short walk of the River Run gondola, bike trails, and the various village activities. Units #1A-1K under All Properties are in River Run. #10 Gateway is at the entrance to River Run.

II.MountainHouse (larger properties with more sleeping capacity).

The original Keystone base area. Serviced by the Peru Express (high speed Quad) and the Argentine lift. This area consists of restaurants, a large ski school, ski shops, and ski/snowboard rental outlets. The Area 51 Terrain Park can be directly accessed by the Peru lift and funnels skiers back to the Mountain House. For that reason this base area is favored by younger skiers who plan to spend considerable time in the terrain park. It's easy to take the Peru Express up the mountain then ski down to River Run if you prefer to use the gondola. Units #2-16 under All Properties are in the Mountain House base area, except for #10 Gateway.
