New full-size pool table and foosball table. Handicap access ramp (no steps) to the main living area (plus one ADA bath). Outside there are two paved driveways, three large decks on three levels (plus 3 outdoor dining tables), a gas BBQ, and a 10´ long private hot tub (brand new $12,000 tub) which allows guests to enjoy a secluded mountain and lake view.
